Jakub Ryba

Jakub joined the Rockaway team in 2019 and has been overseeing the valuation of our private equity portfolio and capital markets analysis ever since.

Before that, he worked for more than 7 years in Risk Advisory at KPMG. He was manager of an advisory team focused on corporate finance, valuation, business combinations and acquisition accounting. For 3 years he helped clients with IPOs and bond offerings. He has gained experience working on more than 50 assignments in the field of valuation, 15+ business combinations and several transactions on the capital market, the most interesting of which include, for example, advising the largest energy group in Central Europe on various bond offers (combined volume in units of billions of EUR) and or advising to international investment groups in connection with acquisitions and capital markets. He holds ACCA and shortly also ASA accreditation.
