Brand Embassy: Increase by 300% and Leader in Telco

Czech technology start-up Brand Embassy providing a platform for social customer service, tripled the revenues in 2014.

After a successful year, where Brand Embassy received $1m in investments, they tripled the previously tripled revenues and the number of paying clients has exceeded one hundred. We announce today that we have moved to a new larger offices at Kavci Hory as we are going to double the number of current employees.

“We became one of the leading providers of the next-generation customer service helpdesks last year, and we want to strengthen our position and expand to new markets in 2015, “ says Vit Horky, Co-founder and CEO of Brand Embassy. “Hiring the best talent that will help us to achieve our goals is crucial. Therefore we are announcing today that twenty new job positions are open to apply, including a Professional Services Director.”

We tripled our revenues in 2014 and as of today, we have over 100 enterprise clients like Vodafone, T-Mobile, GE, Samsung, Lenovo or T-Mobile who managed over 10m customer inquiries last year. We became the worldwide leader in the telecommunications sector. Two years ago, 90% of your clients were from the Czech Republic, our home market. Today, we have over 80% clients from abroad – spanning from Australia, Qatar to Europe, Latin America and US. Our team is also growing rapidly – we are doubling the number of employees in 2015 and we are continuously looking for exceptional talent to join our family.

More than 50% of their clients are from telco sector, which made Brand Embassy the worldwide leader in the industry. “Our product is used in the contact centres of companies from UK, to Qatar, or Australia. All the main mobile operators in the Czech Republic use Brand Embassy, one of the new one is the Czech telecom regulator CTU.

We strengthen our activities on Middle East, acquiring new clients in Australia. Our SaaS software can be used all around the world, we are receiving leads even from the USA, Latin America and Africa,” says Vit Horky.
