Private Equity Analyst – Investment Team
Rockaway Capital, the investment group founded by Jakub Havrlant, is looking for an analyst to join the growing Private Equity Team. We are a dynamic team of investors that thrive on spotting market trends and transforming ideas into reality. Your Mission: As a Private Equity Investment Analyst, you’ll be a vital player in our deal-making and portfolio management activities. Your insights will shape investment decisions, and your analytical skills will help drive the success of our portfolio companies.
Deal Process Assistance: Participate in all aspects of the deal process, from initial screening to due diligence, and contribute to the preparation of internal investment documents.
Financial Analysis and Valuations: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for comprehensive financial analysis and valuation activities.
Presentation Preparation: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate investment opportunities and insights.
Portfolio Management Support: Work closely with other members of the investment team, other internal teams as well as portfolio teams to identify and implement strategic initiatives that help to drive the value of the business.
Your Profile: We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who embodies the following qualities:
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide valuable insights.
Relevant Experience: While not mandatory, relevant experience from finance, investments or management consulting is a strong plus.
Proficiency in MS Office: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Proficient Command of English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring effective collaboration and clear articulation of ideas.
